The Development Philosophy

No Ego. No Gatekeeping. Just the desire to see the underdog win.

We believe the best way to understand a script is to hear it.

Our live reads create a space where writers can test their pages, listen to how scenes play, identify what works, and discover what needs another pass.

We are here to emphasize constructive critique rather than judgment.
